Working on this groups project taught me about teamwork and communication. As project manager I had the responsibility of helping everyone, which was easy. All the groups did a very good job of staying focused and organized. I do think I did a very good job at making everyone feel comfortable by asking me for help and letting them know I’m here to support them. Each group focused on influential people and important events that happened between years 1800’s to 2026. Some of the groups included historical figures such as Martin Luther King Jr, Ruby Bridges and Michael Jackson. Each group explained how these people and events made a big impact on society and helped shape history. Listening to everyone’s present helps me learn more about achievements and struggles.

One of the most meaningful presentations was the one about Martin Luther King Jr. This was meaningful because it showed how important equality, leadership and peace are in society. The presentation helped me understand how he fought for civil rights and inspired people to stand together and fight against injustice. I also enjoyed learning more about ruby bridges because her story showed courage at a young age. She faced many challenges segregation. This was also very meaningful because as a kid my mom always introduced me to her books. The presentation about Michel Jackson manly focused on how music and entertainment can influence people around the world. As project manager I worked on helping my classmates understand their parts of the presentation. Some group members needed help with ideas and understanding exactly what to put. I learned that being a leader is not just about telling people what to do but also about supporting others and helping others succeed. Another responsibility I have was working on the conclusion for each group. I helped summarize what impotent events happened at the end of each year. This part of that presentation was very important because it allowed us to reflect on what we learned during that time. Throughout this experience I improved my communication skills with my classmates to let them know I’m here to support them. I also became more confident speaking and helping the. Another thing I learned from this project was how important preparation is when working with others. Even though everyone had different topics and responsibilities we were still able to get together and support each other. I appreciate how respectful and cooperative everyone was working together to figure it out. This project reminded me that communication is one of the most important parts of teamwork because is helps people stay organized.

This project was very valuable to my classmates and I. it helped us understand history while also teaching me important life skills like leadership and responsibility. I enjoyed being able to support my classmates and help bring all hard work everyone put into this presentation together. This projects how much we can accomplish by sticking together and helping each other. I also enjoyed seeing so much creativity from each group that brought in their presentation. Every group had a different way of expressing their topic, which made the presentations more interesting to watch. Some groups focused on historical struggles and social change and some focused-on entertainment and importance of achievements throughout history. It was good to see how much effort everyone put into their slides, research and speaking parts. Watching my classmates presents confidently also motivated me to keep improving in my own leadership and presentation skills for future projects and opportunities
